This is the moving part of the point with a contact spring that provides electrical conduction inside the point when it is pressed. Clean it regularly for smooth motion. If you have broken or lost the tip of your point, simply replace it with a new tip. There is need to replace the whole point.

Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.
